Kevin Burrell is extremely rude and hostile. We have had major problems with our roof and wanted to activate the warranty. He refused to work with us, denied any responsibility, told me I had to go to the original materials manufacturer even though Burrell Roofing is specifically named in the warranty. With every breath he took, he sounded like he was telling me to go to hell.
We called for an estimate at 9 AM. The crew came to our home with a van full of tools and supplies at 2 PM.
They had the problem taken care of by 3:30PM.
Nice people and willing to help out with little home owner custom metal work. It's Been great dealing with them.
They noted it was our neihbor's roof causing the problem. They were fast, professional and generally a deliht to deal with.
